I would like to recommend Trever Gonzales, with Old Town Interiors, for all of your floor installation and refinishing needs. I have known Trever for about 15 years when he attended high school with my son. I watched him grow into the fine man that he is today. He is a person with integrity who will be honest with you offering a reasonable price to do a good job. He will not over price you. He will do the job on time and be there when he promises to be on the job. If he bids a price, that is what you will pay, no extras.
I had him do two jobs for me. One was a rental that I was selling. The floor was in bad shape. I had him sand it down and refinish it. The floor was beautiful when it was done! When it went on the market, I had two offers, both over asking price on the first day. Aside from the hot real estate market, the floors sold the house. Thank you, Trever.
The second job was to install luxury plank flooring in our home, about 1500 sq ft. Again, he was on time and on budget. He had to move lots of furniture, a washer and dryer, and all the trim work. It was labor intensive. The work was professionally done and looked great. He is easy to communicate with and will take the time to explain what is needed. I could not recommend Trever more for any flooring project you may have.

I’ve used this company twice already and booked for my third service in a month. They installed 1400sq ft of flooring downstairs in my home. The updated look and flow of the new flooring was impressive. So much so that I hired them again to refinish my oak staircase and upper hallway from the 90s maple look to a beautifully updated dark brown stain. They never gave up on me when they blended about 14 different stain combinations till I found the perfect one for me. Thanks Izzy! I’m having them come back in April to lay new wood flooring in my office to match the hallway and stairs. This company is ACES! The entire crew from the owner to the guys on scene communicate wonderfully, keep the workspace clean, are very trustworthy (I’ve left them to lock up, make sure the dogs are inside and the outdoor light on when I’ve had to leave), the pricing is completely worth the outcome and craftsmanship. I highly recommend!
